Manufacturer's Recommended Dose
Typical dosage: 30ml per day
Maintenance: 10-20ml per day

Children:
Up to 2 years: 1 teaspoon / 5ml per day
2-6 years: 1 tablespoon / 10ml per day
6-12 years: 2 tablespoons / 20ml per day

It is recommended to take on an empty stomach and hold in the mouth for a minute or so for best absorption. Wait approximately 20 minutes before eating.

You can return items within 30 days from receipt providing they have not been used and are still in their original packaging.
