Returns & Refunds Policy – HealthRange (J & J Lewis Trading Partnership)

HealthRange is operated by J & J Lewis, a UK based trading partnership. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, damaged items and non‑delivery issues for orders placed on HealthRange.co.uk.

1. Changing Your Mind (30 Day Returns)

If you change your mind, you may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• In a condition suitable for resale

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.

2. Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, we will:

• Reimburse your return postage cost
• Offer a replacement or refund

Please contact us before returning the item.

3. Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

• If possible, sign for the parcel as “damaged” with the courier.

• Email info@healthrange.co.uk immediately.

• Provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The outer packaging
- The internal packaging

Please do not discard any packaging until your claim is resolved.
We cannot process damage claims without photographic evidence.

4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@healthrange.co.uk.
We will reply promptly with instructions, including the correct return address.
Please note: the return address may differ from our office in Nottingham.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are normally processed within 3 days of receiving your return.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are refunded only if the item is damaged or faulty.

• We cannot accept returns that are:
- Used
- Opened
- Not suitable for resale
- Returned after the 30 day window

6. Non-Delivery or Missing Items

If your order has not arrived 5 working days after dispatch, or if an item is missing, please email info@healthrange.co.uk within 14 days of placing your order.

We will:
• Investigate with the courier
• Arrange a re-delivery, replacement, or refund
• Keep you updated throughout the process

7. Courier Returns

• If an order is returned to us by the courier due to:

• An incorrect delivery address
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Access restrictions
• Failure to respond to courier communications

We will issue a refund minus the original delivery cost.

8. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address.

This returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
