Ancient Wisdom's Fall Asleep! is a relaxing blend of soothing Lavender, sweet Chamomile and spicy Neroli - pure essential oils that can help you relax (both mentally and physically) so it is easier for you to fall asleep.

• Lavender essential oil is one of the most popular and versatile aromatherapy oils. Lavendar is believed to help anxiety, depression and insomnia.

• Roman Chamomile essential oil is thought to help calm anxiety and promote better quality sleep.

• Neroli essential oil is used as a sleep remedy because its soothing properties can help relax your mind and also relieve insomnia.

Easy to use: To release the aromatherapy, roll onto temples, wrists and nape of the neck.
