Care

Hand wash your Norstar Biomagnetic products making sure they aren't submerged under water for too long. Norstar Biomagnetics do not recommend putting any of their products in a washing machine and exposing them to large amounts of water for a long period of time.

This product is intended to support general wellbeing as part of a balanced lifestyle. If you believe you have a health problem, you should consult a doctor or health professional.

There are a number of conditions where magnet therapy should not be used:

- During pregnancy
- Over an open wound, or in alongside any transdermal drug patch, as increased blood flow to these areas may not be desirable.
- If the person has a pacemaker, defibrillator or insulin pump, as magnets can affect the operation of such electro-medical devices
- Specifically over an area that has received a localized cortisone injection in the past 2 weeks

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible - normally within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). We use Royal Mail or couriers, depending on the weight of the package.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days providing they are unused and in their original packaging.
